Located in the unincorporated area of Weber County Utah, the entire Northwest Weber Industrial Park consists of over 7,000 acres of total land including over 1,000 acres designated for residential and commercial properties. With over 162 million square feet of available land, the Northwest Weber Industrial Park will become the largest industrial park in America once completed. We have several existing rail spurs on many of our available properties allowing businesses quick and easy access to both Union Pacific and BNSF rail roads. The Northwest Weber Industrial Park is located less than 10 minutes from the I-15, and less than 50 minutes from I-80, I-84, and the Salt Lake International airport.
